Our shopping cart is very easy to use...just click
on the different choices you have at each item, then
 hit add, you can go over you order by clicking on the
view cart button on the right side of the page. When
you are done shopping click on the check out link
and proceed with check out to complete your order

You will receieve an email confirmation that your
order was received.

Shipping Information as follows:

There is a shipping fee added for each item ordered.

I ship USPS First Class, Priority Mail or UPS which
ever is the cheapest to ship the item or items.

I do combine shipping when ordering more than one
item just email me for exact shipping fees.

International and Canada Orders please contact
 me for shipping fees my check out is not set up to
include the shipping fees with your order.


Local pickup available in Murrieta & Old Town Temecula, Ca.

Due to the high demand for my signs I need to
extend my shipping time up to 15 Business Days
 and Custom Orders may take a little longer. email
me for a time frame on custom orders. If you need
your sign sooner please contact me first and I will
see what I can do for you.

Return Policy...

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact
me within 5 business days from receipt of your order and I
will do my best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

All orders are carefully packaged in order to help with a
safe delivery, so any item returned or exchanged must be
in the same condition as it left my store. I cannot be held
liable for damage done by the postal service.

All discounted and items that
have been personalized are not eligible
for refund orexchange.

Any refund or exchange for any reason will be given
less the original shipping fees. All refunds and
exchanges do need advanced approval, so please
email me first before sending any item back. The buyer
will be responsible for the item to be shipped back to My
 Country Cottage Signs, as well as any additional charges
for an item to be reshipped.
